A few links to help you... When I set out to learn
Illustrator, the first place I turned was the internet. The internet is a
great resource for learning, but can be overwhelming, time consuming and
sometimes frustrating trying to find what you're looking for. I have
compiled this list of websites that I found to be helpful. Each link
will open in a new window.
Adobe Studio
Exchange - An excellent site for tips, templates, brushes, and
tutorials for ALL of Adobe's Products (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Very
neatly organized, and an excellent resource for everyone.
GFXArtist - A great
site where you can post your artwork or photography for others to view.
Also has excellent works of art created by talented artists, along with tutorials and
forums.
Yukio Miyamoto's Gallery - An excellent showcase of Illustrator only art
A definite must see for everyone, especially Illustrator users.
The Web Machine -
Another excellent site with great tutorials on using Illustrator,
Photoshop and other Adobe Products.

TIEMDesign - A
great collection of "How To" tutorials for all graphics programs (and then
some!).
Illustrator World
- A place for Adobe Illustrator users to showcase their work and a community for
sharing tips, ideas and methods for maximum creativity with Adobe Illustrator.
PixelParity - A
great community with forums for all graphic programs. Excellent for
inspiration, tips, and just to visit.

Bert Monroy - Bert
Monroy has been an inspiration from the moment I stumbled across his site over a
year ago. His skill and ability to create entire photorealistic scenes
using Photoshop and Illustrator is definitely worth a look.
